PET-E films (for electro-insulation) are produced in rolls with thickness 8-250 mic and width 10-1500 mm (GOST). They have high mechanical properties, they show good dielectric features within a broad range of temperatures, they are characterized by high heat resistance and low shrinkage as well as chemical resistance.
PET films are used for electroinsulation of cables and wires, winding of electric machines and electric devices, for slot insulation in stators of electric motors with a broad range of power levels, and in wireless devices.
